As an international management consultancy Agamus has been committing itself to the topics and ideas of Operational Excellence, since 1994. We offer knowledge-based, implementation-oriented, human-centered consultations in Lean, Supply Chain, Product Lifecycle Management as well as Organizational Development. In times of industry 4.0, we also added the future topic of Digital Operations to our portfolio.

The two projects for optimizing material flows have been a true "eye opener" for us and our team and in addition to the sustainable goal achievement, they have led the Change Process to behavioural change and increased willingness to take responsibility. The participatory approach of Agamus was an exciting journey towards LEAN and noticeably led to improved teamwork and an intensive self-learning organization.
By LEAN/KAIZEN we understand the cultural change as the basis for improvements and economic success. The evaluation of our locations offers us both an internal and external benchmark, intensive professional discussions with Agamus and thus new impulses for our ambitious goals.
Agamus speaks the language of the employees and includes them on our path of change - whether on the shop floor or in management. This is one of the key success factors of the joint projects with Agamus and the achievement of positive results in the change process at Poppe.
