Develop and implement a new management concept across all hierarchic levels
The Procedure
- Thoroughly analyze the current situation; employ elements of outdoor and indoor activities
- Develop new management principles with colleagues at all levels in the hierarchy
- Employ ACCBs (Agamus Consult Communication Boards) to impart guidelines to ALL personnel
- Persistently motivate and coach management
- Proactively steer the change process by means of training sessions and workshops
