The Procedure - Analysis: Value Stream Mapping, Value Steam Design - Optimize and stabilize production processes: SMED Workshops, workshops for optimizing workflows - Decouple prefabrication and assembly; introduce the pull principle - Reorganize the receiving storage location, including fractal storage allocations to the production lines - Optimize internal material staging (milk run) - Train and coach employees
